Honors Dinner

 

Each spring the Williamson County chapter of the UT Alumni Association sponsors a dinner to honor the rising seniors with the highest academic averages from each of the high schools in the county. Our goal is to provide these students the opportunity to hear more about the University and the advantages of staying in the state of Tennessee to attend college. We want to attract the best and the brightest to our state schools. This year’s dinner will be held on April 11th at the Embassy Suites in Franklin , TN.

To be able to host such an event takes months of planning and preparation. We are asking Individuals and businesses in the Williamson County community to join us in this effort. In the past the student dinners have been paid for through generous community donations, however the parents of these students have been asked to pay for their dinners. This year our goal is to cover the cost of the dinners for the parents and these outstanding students.

The Williamson County UT Alumni Association appreciates your time and consideration and would be honored to have you join us as a sponsor of the Honors Dinner. Sponsorship form

 

Platinum Sponsor- $1000

Sponsorship at this level would pay for the attendance of one entire school. This would include students and their guardians, principals, and guidance counselors from one high school to attend the dinner. (Approximately 4 tables)

 

Orange sponsor- $750

Sponsorship at this level would pay for invited students and their guardians from one high school to attend the dinner. (Approximately 3 tables)

 

Silver sponsor- $500

Sponsorship at this level would pay for All invited students from one high school to attend the dinner.

(Approximately 2 tables)

 

Bronze Sponsor- $250

Sponsorship at this level would pay for half of the invited students to attend the dinner.

(Approximately 1 table)
